A good curry paste is essential for many amazing dishes: curries (obviously), stews, soups, or stir fries.

Just think of my Cashew Curry Broccoli Stir Fry, the One Pot Chickpea Biryani, or the Red Curry Coconut Soup. All of them are, as always, naturally vegan and gluten free.

One of the question that you guys asked me a lot was where to find red curry paste? I always said it will be available in your local store or can be found online. Yet, some shops don’t seem to offer it and as a red curry paste substitute, I suggested the use of curry powder – but the taste and texture will be different.
